Project Description:

The IHSC Project will include a new, four-storey, 12,970 square-metre (139,590 square foot) Interior Heart and Surgical Centre, which will house the permanent cardiac program, and where the full suite of operating and inpatient support units will be located; a new, 7,850 square-metre (84,470 square foot) Clinical Support Building to house laboratory and support services; renovations to the existing Royal and Strathcona buildings for diagnostic cardiology, critical care inpatient units and further support services; and, fit-outs in the new Centennial Patient Care Tower to accommodate new inpatient units.
